Visigoth church of Santa Comba

This temple was built during the Visigoth period which corresponds to the second half of the seventh century, making it one of the oldest churches in Galicia. It shows a Greek cross, with large volumes and masses. The flat roof of the porch is made up of arches crowned by a three span bell-gable. The cover is simply decorated with fluted pilasters.

Inside, the nave and transept have barrel vaults and the cross has a groin vault.
